The offence alleged against the petitioners relates to theft and illegal exploitation of natural resources. Such offenses affect public property and the environment and are required to be viewed seriously. The condition imposed by this Court while granting the relief was imposed after taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the allegations. In such view of the matter, this court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para 7(c) by this court in Crl.OP.No. 14839 of 2026, by order dated 12.06.2026. 4.
