That the action of the respondents whereby orally the petitioner has been conveyed to be superannuated on 30.4.2026 despite the law in Satya Devi's Case, be declared as illegal and kindly be set aside. 2. That a direction may kindly be issued to the respondents for allowing the petitioner to be continued in service till the petitioner attains the age of 60 years i.e. till 30.4.2028 with all consequential benefits and incidental thereof in view of the judgment dated 28.5.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWP No. 2274 of 2021, titled as Satya Devi Versus State of H.P & Ors and other connected matters in the interest of law and justice.” 3. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that this issue is pending before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. 4.
