By the instant petition, the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs: - “(i) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the learned Additional Judge Family Court, Kotdwara, District- Pauri Garhwal to decide Matrimonial Case No. 199 of 2024 Smt. Shriyanka vs. Shri Gaurav Manchanda & Anr., under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before it as expeditiously as possible & decide the same finally within a period of six months. (ii) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper.” 3 . The relief as sought appears to be innocuous. 4 . In such view of the matter, the writ petition is deposed of finally with the direction to the learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal to expedite the Matrimonial Case No.199 of 2024, “Smt. Shriyanka vs. Shri Gaurav Manchanda and Another”, preferred under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
