Admittedly, this petition is covered by the decision of the Coordinate Bench of this Court [Coram : S. V. Gangapurwala & Mangesh S. Patil, JJ.] in Writ Petition No. 8493 of 2019 [Mahadeo S/o Shankar Lokhande and Others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others], and this Court has consistently followed the same view. 3. In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", which is as follows : “B.
