At the outset, it was submitted by learned Standing counsel for first respondent that they would consider petitioner’s application dated 07.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders, keeping in view the stage of criminal proceedings, in accordance with GSR No.570 (E) dated 25.08.1993 and the judgment of the Full Bench of the Madurai Bench of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.26547 of 2025 dated 09.02.2026, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner. 3. In view thereof, first respondent shall consider petitioner’s application dated 07.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders, keeping in view the stage of criminal proceedings, in accordance with GSR No.570 (E) dated 25.08.1993 and the judgment of the Full Bench of the Madurai Bench of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.26547 of 2025 dated 09.02.2026, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy.
