This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit being No. 85 of 2012 pending before the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit has been pending for the last 22 years inasmuch as the suit had originally been filed in the year 2004 (being numbered as Title Suit being No. 134 of 2004) in the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), (1st Court), Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas. But later on the same was re- numbered as Title Suit being No. 85 of 2012 upon being transferred to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Kakdwip, South 24 Pargnas. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior 2 service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite party is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), 1st Court at Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit being No. 85 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 5. C.O. 1042 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs. 6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
