This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Ejectment Suit No. 1 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 5th Court, Alipore, South 24- Parganas. 2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner invites the attention of this Court to an order dated May 18, 2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in C.O. 793 of 2019 whereby while allowing the said civil revision and striking out the defence of the opposite parties herein, the learned Trial Court was directed to proceed with the hearing of the suit and to make every endeavour for expeditious disposal of the suit and to conclude the entire proceeding of the suit preferably within a period of ten months from the date of communication of this order. 2 3. It is submitted that despite such order having been communicated to the learned Trial Court, the said suit has not yet been disposed of. 4. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 5. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Court to dispose of the ejectment suit being Ejectment Suit No. 01 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6. C.O. 975 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs. 7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
