ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10269 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23974 of 2025, by order dated 09.06.2026. 2. Heard both sides. 3. Upon perusal of the records, it is seen that an earlier petition seeking relaxation of the condition was considered by this Court on 09.06.2026. By the said order, the condition was modified by directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the first day of every English calendar month until the filing of the charge sheet.
