Mr. Mukesh Singh Rawat, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present applicant filed this instant anticipatory bail application on an apprehension of incident regarding which father of the injured make a complaint. 4. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. on instructions submits that as on date there is no FIR in reference to the incident and simple complaint has been made by the father of the injured wherein preliminary inquiry is being conducted to ascertain genuineness of the complaint and involvement of the applicant, and, as such there is no apprehension of arrest and the police personal are calling the applicant only to participate in preliminary inquiry, therefore, apprehension of the applicant is unfounded and baseless. 5. In such view of the matter, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed at this stage, since, there is no FIR against the applicant. However, dismissal of this instant anticipatory bail will not prejudice the rights of the applicant to avail appropriate remedy, if there is any such apprehension in future.
