2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Sri Jayanta Mazumdar in connection with Noonmati P.S. Case No. 06/2026 registered under Section 20 (b) (ii) B of the NDPS Act, 1985.
3. In view of the circumstances reflected in the case diary, where the recovery had not been made in the presence or from the person of the petitioner, and he has already appeared to participate in the investigation, the interim bail granted on 20.04.2026 to the petitioner is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall keep appearing and cooperating in the investigation as and when required by the investigating authority.
4. In case of any violation, the bail granted to the petitioner shall be liable to be recalled. It is made clear that this bail has been granted during the period of investigation.
