2 1) By way of this petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:- 10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case of petitioner. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the case of petitioner for grant of monetary compensation and to release the entire amount from the date of death of her husband till the date of realization alongwith interest. 10.3 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the issue within a reasonable time at the earliest time of 1 month. 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proper may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost of the petition. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner’s husband, namely, Dilraj Singh who was working on the post of Security Guard under respondents died in harness on 29.6.1993. She further submits that petitioner moved an application for grant of monetary compensation in lieu of dependent employment on 1.11.2011 but no heed was paid. She prays for a direction to respondent authorities to consider the case of petitioner for grant of monetary compensation. 3) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that respondent No. 4 vide letter dated 30.11.2011
directed the petitioner to submit the relevant documents but till date petitioner has not provided those documents, therefore claim of petitioner has not been considered and decided.
3 4) Heard. 5) Taking into consideration the submission advanced by learned counsel for the parties, this petition is hereby being disposed reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to submit the relevant documents described in letter dated 30.11.2011 within period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The respondent authorities are also directed to decide the claim of petitioner in objective manner within further period of 60 days. 6) With the aforesaid direction(s), this petition stands disposed of.
