Side) ORDER This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition (a) imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No. 584 of 2026 by order dated 20.05.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2. The petitioner claims that he is facing a threat to his life and therefore, he finds it difficult to comply with the condition by reporting before the respondent Police at Tirunelveli. Therefore, he seeks to modify the said condition, permitting the petitioner to stay at Madurai and report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 15 days and he was absent for 5 days. 4. No.14382 of 2026 submits that on those five days, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court. 5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition No.8(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.A. (MD)No. 584 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 6.
