ORDER 24.04.2026 Heard Mr. F Hoque, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant. Mr. M Sharma, the learned counsel appears on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Mr. J Handique, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent No.4
2. This is an application seeking correction which has crept in the judgment and order dated 11.03.2026 on account of a clerical/typographical error in mentioning the bank account number of the petitioner, inasmuch as, the petitioner’s account number maintained in the Indian Bank (Allahabad Bank) is 8065279079, but the same has been wrongly mentioned in the order dated 11.03.2026 as 8065279097.
3. Taking into account that there is a clerical/typographical error in the
judgment and order dated 11.03.2026, the account number so mentioned in the
judgment and order dated 11.03.2026 is corrected by observing that wherever the account number of the petitioner has been mentioned in the judgment and
order dated 11.03.2026 as 8065279097, the same shall be read as Account No.
8065279079.
4. The instant order shall form a part of the judgment and order dated 11.03.2026 passed in WP(C)No.645/2026.
5. Interlocutory application, accordingly, stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
