ORDER: Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in view of the fact that the petitioner is no more, he made efforts to contact the legal heirs of the petitioner. However, there was no response from the legal heirs of the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as abated. 2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
