Hon’ble Alok Kumar Verma,J. This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 01.08.2025, passed in Writ Petition No. 1280 of 2025 (S/S), “Girish Chand Pandey Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others”. By the said order, following direction was issued:- “The writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent no. 3 to make the payment of all admissible dues to the petitioner within a period of three months from today.” 2. Heard Ms. Mamta Bisht, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Ms. Mamta Bisht, Advocate, submitted on instructions that the said order dated 01.08.2025 has been complied with by the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner does not want to pursue the present contempt petition further. 4.
