JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 27/03/2026 Learned counsel for the appellant after arguing for sometime wants to withdraw the present appeal, making a limited prayer that the appellant be permitted to surrender himself before the concerned Trial Court, who may be directed to consider the plea of the appellant on the same date of making surrender. Learned Public Prosecutor has not objected the aforementioned plea. Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances, and taking note of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the appellant, however without commenting anything upon the [2026:RJ-JP:12963] (2 of 2) [CRLAS-2978/2025] merits/demerits of the case, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn; with a direction that the accused-appellant shall surrender himself before the learned Trial Court concerned.
