No.24056 of 2021 and continuing Rowdy Sheet No. 513 against the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith implement the order of this Honble Court by closing Rowdy Sheet No. 513 and removing the petitioners name, photograph and ail related entries from the rowdy sheet records and surveillance registers and further direct the 2nd respondent to initiate necessary departmental action against the erred officer for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Honble Court and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent authorities, particularly the 6th respondent to forthwith suspend the operation and effect of Rowdy Sheet No.513 standing in the name of the petitioner and to refrain from treating the petitioner as a rowdy sheeter in any manner and further restrain the respondents from summoning the petitioner to the police station or subjecting him to surveillance or counselling sessions solely on the basis of the said Rowdy Sheet in the interest of justice. GP FOR HOME 3 MRK,J W.P.No.17836 of 2026 The Court made the following Order: Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…..to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondent police authorities in not implementing the order dated 25.02.2022 passed by this Hon’ble Court in W.P.No.24056 of 2021 and continuing Rowdy Sheet No.513 against the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith implement the order of this Hon’ble Court by closing Rowdy Sheet No.513 and removing the petitioner’s name, photograph and all related entries from the rowdy sheet records and surveillance registers and further direct the 2nd respondent to initiate necessary departmental action against the erred officer for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Hon’ble Court and to pass…..” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the present writ petition was listed on 06.07.2026. On that day, this Court adjourned the matter to enable the learned Government Pleader for Home to submit the relevant documents. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home furnished the written instructions dated 22.06.2026, received from the Station House Officer, Razole Police Station, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District, along with the orders dated 10.04.2026. From which, it is evident that Rowdy Sheet No. 513, opened against the petitioner, has been closed. The said instructions are taken on record and made as part of the Court record. 4 MRK,J W.P.No.17836 of 2026 4. In view of the above instructions, the present Writ Petition is closed.
