This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's Representation dated 10.07.2026 and consequently, to direct the Second Respondent to accord the traditional Temple Chariot Rope Honour (Ther-Vadamariyadhai) and Main Parivattam Honour to Mr.A.K.Ramakrishnan during the Aadi Car Festival 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.20610 of 2026 scheduled to be held on 29.07.2026 at Arulmigu Kallazhagar Temple, Alagar Kovil, Madurai District. 3. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that pursuant to the Petitioner's Representation dated 10.07.2026, the Third Respondent has called for an enquiry to be held tomorrow, i.e., on 22.07.2026. 4. Since the Temple Festival is scheduled to be held on 29.07.2026, the Third Respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the enquiry scheduled to be held tomorrow, as expeditiously as possible, after issuing due notice to all persons who are likely to be aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the Third Respondent on the Petitioner's Representation dated 10.07.2026. 5.
