Mr. Harshwardhan Singh Thakur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners submitted their applications forms for the post of Constable GD in CAPFs, NIA & SSF pursuant to Advertisement issued on 24.01.2015. He would submit that the candidatures of the petitioners were rejected on the ground that they do not belong to naxal affected area and they scored lesser marks than the last selected candidate. He would submit that the respondent authorities without affording any opportunity of hearing and without assigning sufficient reasons rejected their candidature. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Ramakant Mishra, learned Deputy Solicitor General appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioners could not adduce documents to demonstrate that they are residents of naxal affected area. Further they failed to secure minimum qualifying marks in the examination. 4. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by the respective Advocates, the petitioners are permitted to make representation before respondent No. 3 within a period of 30 days raising all their grievances and in turn, the said authority is directed to decide it strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of further 90 days. 6.
