ORDER Seeking to direct the respondents to provide necessary police protection to petitioner and his workers for re-construct the building of petitioner's land at Survey No.101/5, Chokkalinga Nagar, 6th Street, Ponmeni Village, Madurai District on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2026, this writ petition is filed.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, enquiry is pending.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
