No.14062 of 2026 Sections 191(2), 127(2), 296(b), 115(2), 351(2) and 309(6) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No.192 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail. 2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner joined hands with 4 other accused, induced the defacto complainant by using A1, and took him to a lonely place and attacked him and, thereafter, videographed him in a nude and also took away his two-wheeler. Hence, the case has been registered. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that he has not attacked the defacto complainant and there is no specific overt act as against the petitioner and thought the petitioner has some previous case, all are not similar nature. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Counsel For State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, reiterated the prosecution case, and on instructions, 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP(MD). No.14062 of 2026 reported that the petitioner is ranked as A3 and A1 & A2 were already arrested and on the basis of their statement, the role of the petitioner is also revealed and the petitioner is having 5 previous cases not similar in nature and the investigation is at preliminary stage. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. I have gone through the FIR and also the connected materials. 6.Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner and also considering the facts that the petitioner herein actively participated in abducting the defacto complainant to the lonely place and, after taking nude pictures of him, threatened him and also obtained blank checks and took away the two-wheeler and the investigation in this case is only at the preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.
