Somasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education, appearing for the respondents. 2. The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not granting permission to the petitioner school to conduct classes and in not granting recognition to the petitioner school. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 11.06.2026, the 3rd respondent has granted recognition to the petitioner school for a period of ten (10) years, i.e., from the academic year 2026-27 to 2035-36, for Classes I to VIII (English Medium). 4. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought in the Writ Petition does not survive, and no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. 5. Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
