The relevant portion of order dated 26.09.2024 is reproduced hereunder:- "Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been transferred based on some complaint made by Sarpanch of Village Panchayat, Laxmipur. He contended that petitioner was transferred to Village Panchayat Laxmipur on her transfer vide order dated 04.03.2024 from Village Panchayat Bathkunda, petitioner joined her service on 05.03.2024 and on the same date, Sarpanch of Village Panchayat has made complaint against petitioner which prima facie shows that complainat made against petitioner is with an ulterior motive and not with respect to her performance. In support of his contention, he referred to Annexure - P/1 and Annexure – P/2. Considered submission made by learned counsel for petitioner as also the documents annexed along with this writ petition, purely as an interim measure, it is directed that effect and operation of impugned order Annexure – P/1 dated 18.09.2024 shall remain stayed till next date of hearing." 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite interim protection granted by this Court, the respondent No.1 has issued show cause notices dated 10.02.2026 and 18.02.2026 to the petitioner. 5. Respondent No. 1 submits that the impugned notices dated 10/02/2026 and 18/02/2026 (Annexures C/2 and C/3) were issued inadvertently and shall be withdrawn within two days. 6. In view of the above submission, the Court finds no further reason to proceed with the contempt proceedings. 7. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of.
