No.15015 of 2026 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest in connection with Crime No.244 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, seek the relief of anticipatory bail. 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners. The earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.12854 of 2026 was dismissed by this Court on 30.06.2026 on the grounds extracted hereunder: “ 5. I have gone through the FIR and also the connected materials. Reading of the FIR reveals that majority of the articles stolen were with the petitioners herein and if the petitioners granted anticipatory bail, there is no possibility to recover the jewels, hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.” 3. Admittedly, there is no subsequent change in circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier anticipatory bail petition.
