With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu appearing for the respondent. 4. The petitioner herein claims to have been appointed as Cook at the Government SC/ST Tribal Hostels, in terms of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.76, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (ADW-1) Department, dated 28.07.2020, and was posted at Poothakkal Tribal School on 02.02.2021 and she was extended the benefit of time scale of pay in the said post on 01.06.2021. The petitioner claims to have been working in the said post since the date of her appointment on 02.02.2021 to the satisfaction of her higher officials. She also further claims that a seniority list of Cooks was published by the respondent on 01.03.2026 and the name of the petitioner was found at Serial No.99 out of 157 and is claiming for regularization of her service in the ____________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD) No.20704 of 2026 post of Cook and accordingly, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 15.06.2026 to the respondent. Since no order was passed by the respondent on her representation, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition. 5. Mr.M.Dinesh Hari Sudarsan, learned counsel for the Government appearing for the respondent, submits that the respondent would consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass orders thereon in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 6. In the light of the above, without going into merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 15.06.2026 submitted by the petitioner seeking regularization of her service in the post of Cook and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
