Apart from the petitioners herein, one another accused has been arrayed as A3. The respondents have filed a charge sheet on 23.05.2024 by deleting A3. Challenging the same, the defacto complainant has preferred a protest petition in Crl.M.P.No.300 of 2025, which is pending. Pending the said protest petition, the defacto complainant has passed away and therefore, the Court is not able to proceed with the hearing in the protest petition.
