Nos.3950 and 3953 of 2026 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners in both the petitions are practicing doctors for the past more than 26 years. While so, certain miscreants are continuously organizing unlawful agitation, dharnas, road-blockade, siege or public assembly before the said hospitals causing hindrance to the peaceful conduct of the petitioners' medical service and hence both the petitioners have made representations in this regard. Since no action has been taken, these Writ Petitions are filed. 3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the complaints are received and the matter is pending. 4. Heard both sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. 5.
