Heard both the sides. This bail application has been filed on behalf of Pawan Kumar who is in custody since 11.08.2025 in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 218 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 305 and 331(4) of the BNS pending in the Court of learned, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ranchi is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that there is no legal evidence against him, and he has been roped into the case only on the basis of criminal antecedents being involved in two such cases. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that this petitioner is involved in organized crime and has criminal antecedents. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on depositing security of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
