By way of the present application, applicants Jeet Ram and Savitri Devi, have sought the release of the amount of compensation, which was awarded to them, in this case, vide judgment dated 12.03.2026, which has been passed on the basis of the settlement between the parties. In view of the no objection made by the learned counsel for respondent No.3/non-applicant, the application is allowed and the amount of compensation, falling in the share of the applicants, along with upto date interest, is ordered to be released to them, by remitting the same to their Bank accounts, particulars whereof find mentioned in para 6 of the application.
