2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that though the complaint has been closed, now the same was reopened and enquiry is pending.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
