This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of an application for revocation of grant of probate filed under Section 263 of the Indian Succession Act, 1963 registered as Misc. Judicial Case No.33 of 2023 and pending before the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandernagore. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that probate had been granted in favour of the opposite party no.1 by allowing Act 39 Misc. No.315 of 2014. Seeking revocation of such probate, Misc. Judicial Case No.33 of 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, which is pending for the last three years. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandernagore to dispose of the Misc. Judicial Case No.33 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from the date of communication of this order. 5.
