Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been residing and cultivating land bearing Khasra No.136, area 3.49 hectare since the time of their forefathers. Aforesaid land is situated within the municipal area of Balrampur, Tahsil Balrampur, Distt. Balrampur – Ramanujganj. It is further submits that the petitioners have filed an application dated 15.01.2026 (Annexure-P/1) before Collector, Balrampur/ respondent No.2, seeking grant of Patta (Forest Right) however, the same has not been decided yet. Hence, it is prayed that respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioners within specific period. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection in allowing the limited prayer of the petitioners. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioners, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing respondent No.2 - Collector, Balrampur Distt. Balrampur – Ramanujganj/Competent Authority (CG) to decide the application dated 15.01.2026 (Annexure-P/1) filed by the petitioners, within 90 days from the date of receipt/ submission of a copy of this order. 6.
