The applicant, who is in custody since 03.09.2025, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Burmamines PS Case No. 38/2025, registered for the offence U/Ss. 126(2)/115(2)/132/121(2)/112/62/303(2)/351(2)/352/3(5) of the BNS, pending before the Court Judicial Magistrate 1st class, at Jamshedpur. 3. Innocence has been claimed and participation in the trial has been assured. It has been submitted that the entire allegations are false and further, no material has been collected, connecting this applicant with the alleged crime. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and it has been submitted that there is an eye witness to the incident and in fact, service revolver of the constable has been snatched and he has been assaulted also. Further, this applicant has 12 criminal antecedents in similar nature. 5. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant (s) on bail at this stage.
