By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus calling for the records and directing and commanding the respondents to grant the benefit of payment/enhancement of honorarium to the all left out teachers who are serving in government aided Sanskrit Institutions under management of the institution as has been granted to 155 similarly situated teachers who have been granted said benefit by means of G.O. dated 25.03.2021 (Annexure- 4 to this writ petition). 4. Today the matter is listed on a withdrawal application. In para 3 of withdrawal application, it is mentioned that during pendency of writ petition, a Government Order was issued on 11.12.2025, whereby all benefits, as claimed in the writ petition, have been granted to teachers of Sanskrit Vidyalaya/Mahavidyalaya. 5. For the reasons indicated in the withdrawal application, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
