When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing the writ petition, the 2nd respondent has passed the order dated 18.03.2026 by releasing the increments to the petitioner and hence no further orders are required to be passed in the matter. 3. Recording the same, the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
