The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the respondents 12, 13 and 15 by way of paper publication in Daily Newspaper having circulation in Theni District. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent 1 and 3 and also perused the records. 3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are permitted to effect substituted service for the respondents 12, 13 and 15 by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Theni Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 19.08.2026.
