For Petitioner : Ms. R.Sankari For R-2 and R-3 : Mr.Raguvaran Gopalan, Standing Counsel O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction the EPF Pension to the petitioner by taking the 50% of service by the petitioner in the second respondent organization from 1980 to 1993 and 23.08.2005 of service till retirement as per the Honourable Supreme Court order in CA.No.3542/11 to 3572/2011 dated 13.07.2011 both service put together taken for the calculation of EPF Pension for the petitioner as per the petitioner's representation to the respondents on 02.06.2026. 2. Heard Ms. R.Sankari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Mr.Raguvaran Gopalan, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2026 is pending consideration before the respondents and no orders have been passed on the said representation. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition. 5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed by the competent authority within the time stipulated by this Court. 6. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2026 on its own merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
