2. The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for setting aside the Detailed Medical Examination Report dated 19.11.2025 and Review Medical Examination Report dated 25.11.2025 conducted by the CRPF whereby the petitioner has been declared unfit on the ground of Defective Colour Perception (CP-IV) which is unsafe as per the respondents. 3.
The petitioner applied for the post of Constable and he was subjected to the medical examination. The Detailed Medical Examination Report dated 19.11.2025 found the petitioner to be unfit on the ground that he has Defective Colour Perception (CP-IV) which is unsafe. The petitioner was again subjected to review medical examination wherein the Review Medical Board also found the petitioner unfit on account of the same defect i.e. Defective Colour Perception (CP-IV). 4. The petitioner now approaches this Court by bringing another Medical Examination Report stating that though he is having defective colour perception but his grade is CP-III and not CP-IV. 5. This Court while exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution cannot interfere with this disputed question of facts. Admittedly the petitioner was examined twice by the respondents in their Unit by their doctor and in both the Medical Examination it was found that the petitioner is having Defective Colour Perception (CP-IV) which is unsafe. 6. Considering the aforesaid fact, no relief can be granted to the petitioner and, accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) 09.03.2026 Tanuj/CP-2
