Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, also heard Mr. P. S. Lahakar, learned CGC for the Respondents. 2. Mr. P. S. Lahakar learned CGC on instructions submits that upon re- evaluation of the writ petitioner he was found to be fit for appointment to the post of Constable (GD), however results have not been declared. Therefore he submits that the Respondent Authorities be granted further four weeks time. 3. Having perused the instructions placed before the Court, it is seen that the Page No.# 3/3 re-evaluation process was re-conducted and successfully completed and the petitioner was found to be fit. However, the results have not been declared. According, to Mr. P. S. Lahakar, learned CGC further four weeks time is necessary and by which time the results can be declared. 4. Under such circumstances, this Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition, directing the respondent authorities, more particularly Respondent No. 2 and 3 to declare the results as expeditiously as possible within the outer limit of four weeks. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not object to this order passed. 6. The respondent authorities will publish the results in respect of the writ petitioner as expeditiously as possible within the outer limit of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copies of this order. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of, without expressing anything on merit. 8. Interim order(s), if any, stands vacated. 9. Pending IAs, if any, are also dismissed.
