Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in the abovesaid order and reported before the respondent/Police every Friday at 05.30 p.m., for the past 13 weeks, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. 3.
