No.14537 of 2026 judicial custody on 06.06.2026 for the offences punishable under Sections 318, 336, 340(2) and 318(4) of BNS, in Crime No.345 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was running an authorised e-seva centre and taking advantage of the access to various personal informations, he started to issue various bogus Birth Certificate, also bogus adhar card, etc. The Tahsildar concerned has suo motu inspected the centre and found that the various malpractices have been done by the petitioner along with other accused. Hence, the case has been registered. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he was falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that this is the second bail petition and earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court and he has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.06.2026. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and reiterated the prosecution case and on instructions, reported that this is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner without any change in circumstance. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. I have gone through the FIR and also the earlier order passed by this Court. 6. This Court considering the merits of the case, on 06.07.2026 in Crl.OP(MD)No.14537 of 2026 and immediately after dismissal of the petitioner, on 13.07.2026, this petition was filed withou any change in circumstances.
