Heard Mr. L.George Paul Anto, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mahaboob Athiff, learned counsel for State, who takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. 3. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2026 is pending consideration before the first respondent and no orders have been passed on the said representation. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed by the first respondent within the time stipulated by this Court. 6. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2026 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
