By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought for the following relief:- 1. To issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to not to proceed with the departmental enquiry started pursuant to the charge-sheet dated 06.06.2019 in the light of the fact that the charge- sheet has already been set aside by the department itself vide order dated 28.11.2019. 4. The relief claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted. Once charge-sheet is issued against the government servant, then the disciplinary enquiry must be brought to its logical end as early as possible. 5.
