Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 and Sri Amit Saxena, Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Varad Nath and Sri Kunal Veer, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5. 2. It is stated that the petitioner is recorded Bhumidar with transferable rights and co-sharer in agricultural land situated in Village Dadupur, Pargana Pankpur, Tehsil Gautam Buddha Nagar. It is further stated that the land of the petitioner has been affected by laying of 400 KV Jalpura-Khurja Power Transmission Line including installation of transmission towers and imposition of, Right of Way (ROW) restrictions. 3. It is also stated that the compensation in the State of Uttar Pradesh is presently governed by the Government Order dated 06.09.2018, which provides for payment of compensation for tower base area and ROW. It is stated that the Government of India has issued revised guidelines dated 14.06.2024 enhancing compensation, including 200% land value for tower base area and 30% for ROW, which have been adopted by several States. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has submitted several representations before the competent authorities for payment of compensation in respect of land on account of laying of 400 KV Jalpura- Khurja Power Transmission Line as per revised guidelines dated 14.6.2024 but the same has been of no avail. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, we dispose off the writ petition permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order raising all his grievances before the respondent No.3-District Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date he receives the representation of the petitioner.
