No. 209 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection for fencing the petitioners property comprised in Survey No.4/1, Measuring to an extent of 0.38 hectare of land, situated at Kozhimekkanur Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District, based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.12.2025 2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry after issuance of notices to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 herein, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and disposed the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
