ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Battu Devanand)
Heard Tota Tejeswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr Bathula Raj Kiran, learned Standing Counsel for L.I.C appearing for Respondent Nos.3 and 4. Perused the record.
2. After advancing his arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with a liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for the L.I.C., pointed out that in the
order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4916 of 2022, dated 11.11.2025 this Court had already granted liberty to the petitioner(s) to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
4. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsels, as this Court has already granted liberty to the petitioners to approach Debts Recovery Tribunal, at present we are not inclined to grant such liberty.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
