This Court directs the respondents/competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner, if filed, and decide [2026:RJ-JP:16247] (2 of 2) [CW-15288/2024] the same within a period of 30 days, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously as per the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena (Supra) and Circular dated 19.02.2024. 4.
