The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) : “10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent authorities to post the Petitioner at work in accordance with the Notification dated 04.03.2017 (Annexure P/4) and Weekly off from date of appointment till date and duty discharged by petitioner on Gazetted Holidays excluding the 30 days leave encashment per year.Further Respondent authorities may be directed to give petitioner HRA in accordance with the prescribed Rule. 10.2 That this Hon'ble court may be further pleased to direct respondent authorities to pay the litigation expense which he incurred. 10.3 That this Hon'ble court may be further pleased to pass any other consequential and other orders/ writs which this Hon'ble court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Mr. Mittal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Constable in the Central Industrial Security Force, Bhilai Steel Plant, Bhilai Unit. He would further submit that the petitioner is suffering from Psychosis, Psoriasis and Liver Cirrhosis. He would contend that the petitioner is under treatment, therefore, he made a representation seeking his posting in accordance with Notification dated 04.03.2007 issued by Directorate General Central Industrial Security Force (Ministry of Home Affairs), weekly off and HRA. He would contend that till date, no decision has been taken. He would further contend that the petitioner is entitled to get all benefits according to the Notification dated 04.03.2017. He would submit that the respondents authorities may be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. 3 3. On the other hand, Mr. Mishra, learned Deputy Solicitor General appearing for the Union of India/respondents would oppose the submission. He would submit that the request of the petitioner has been considered by the respondent authorities. He would further submit that the petitioner has been provided weekly off and he is being provided duty in general shift without arms. He would contend that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and thus, the petition deserves to be dismissed. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the record. 5. Taking into consideration submissions advanced by respective Advocates, this petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a representation before respondent No.3 within a period of 30 days from today. If the petitioner makes a representation, it is expected that respondent No.3 shall decide it in an objective manner preferably within a further period of 90 days. 6.
