P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Rail (Ranchi) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025(N), corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 127 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner and other co-accused persons were apprehended by the Police and 56 Kg. of Ganja was recovered from their possession. So far as the petitioner is concerned, 16 Kg. of Ganja was recovered which appears to be an intermediary quantity. The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2025 and as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, he does not have any criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi in connection with Rail (Ranchi) P.S.
