Romesh Verma, Judge(oral) The present petition has been filed for non- compliance of the judgment passed by this Court on 24.06.2025 in CWP No. 10098 of 2025. 2. During the pre-lunch session, learned counsel for the respondents sought time to obtain instructions in the matter. He has now placed on record a communication dated 06.05.2026 issued by the Dy. Divisional Manager, HRTC, Kullu with respect to payment of leave encashment in favour of petitioner No. 1, and leave encashment and DCRG in favour of petitioner No. 2. The said fact is duly acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioners. He submits that some of the benefits are yet to be paid by the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the remaining payment with respect to DCRG of petitioner No. 1, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 along with interest, shall be paid to the said petitioner, positively, within a period of three weeks from today. 4. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the present petition can be closed, however, liberty may be granted to him to revive the present petition, in case the grievances, as raised by the present petitioners, are not redressed.
